I was originally born in Tampa, Florida. I spent most of my grade school years in the Orlando, Florida area. I have one sibling who is older than me by 2 years. 

As a child growing up I was involved in sports but mainly focused on baseball. My parents were originally from Virginia which played a roll in me ending up in Richmond. We moved to the Richmond Virginia area when I was 12 years old.

Although Tampa is my birthplace I consider Richmond as my hometown. I love Richmond and the fact that it is very diverse. Our city is filled with activities, theaters, amazing people & great restaurants.

During my career I have accomplished many things. I decided to leave school early & obtain my GED. I was eager to get out into the workforce. Fresh out of school I cleaned carpets for 2 years before transitioning into flooring & carpet sales.

During my first year in sales I excelled and was promoted into management. I earned awards for myself & my company including National Salesperson Of The Year and Highest Increase In Sales Volume. My dream was always to open my own company.

In June of 2015 I executed a plan to fulfill my dream by launching Flooring RVA. When we first opened I was mainly doing everything myself as far as meeting with clients, scheduling jobs, meeting with vendors, ordering materials and much more.

Since then we have grown tremendously to having an office manager, an operations manager, 3 flooring concierges, team lead and approximately 12 installation crews. I feel our team does an amazing job exceeding the client's expectations which is the recipe for our success.

I love working with clients. Everyone that knows me says I eat, breathe & sleep my business. I am passionate about growing Flooring RVA for many years to come.

Are you insured and certified to work on my project?
Absolutely, you got nothing to worry about, all of our staff is highly vetted, certified and insured … It is practically a worry-free task.

Can you provide specific details about my installation?
Yes, you will be receiving a full list of what needs to be done, what materials will be used and how much it will cost.

How long it will take to complete my project?
A detailed plan with estimated dates and duration will be provided at the time you receive your quote. Best of all, our staff is always on time (unless something out of our control happens, i.e. a hurricane) and will always strive to deliver the best quality and be on time.

How will you ensure that the installation will leave my home in good shape when done?
At the end of every job, and before we ask you to sign off, one of our Home Experts will be visiting your home and will be doing a detailed walkthrough with the crew and ensures that everything is in top shape for you to se

What are the specifics and conditions of your installation warranty?
All of our work comes with a lifetime warranty for labor and comes with a limited or lifetime warranty for materials (ask our Home Experts about your options)
