Flooring RVA did an amazing job finding a very specific and difficult to acquire tile. I worked with Tyler, and he was professional, responsive, and got me the tiles I needed for half the cost of a different retailer. Tyler went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied and got the order in promptly. We couldn’t be happier with our new floors, thanks to the materials sourced by Flooring RVA.

Robert and his team installed my carpet about 7 years ago so when I needed that same carpet to replace after upstairs bathroom remodels, he was here on a dime. His install crew is amazing, so kind and eloquent in their work. I highly recommend these guys for all of your flooring needs! They take excellent care of you and moving all your things.

I want to give a huge shout out to Robert Fletcher and his install teams for helping us with our project to help a family member. We were going to use a flooring company in Mechanicsville until meeting Robert. The other flooring company wanted us to do the work of removing the old flooring and they were charging more! They were supposed to call me with the estimate but I didn’t hear from them until I called and asked them for their cost. They definitely didn’t want or need our business. Robert and his team came to our rescue. Give him an opportunity to help you with your project! They showed up on time, were professional and courteous. Will definitely use them again!

Wonderful service! We have had multiple floor installations with Flooring RVA and have been pleased with install, clean up and price point. We had them come for a small repair and they came out the very next day. The installation gentleman found another repair we had not even seen and repaired that for us as well.

We had a huge job at a rental that needed to be done, and we had a feeling there were subfloor issues. I wanted someone who could actually handle the issues instead of ripping out the floor, telling there's a subfloor issue, and then having to figure out a separate contractor to fix it before the job was finished (been there, done that with those big construction stores). Flooring RVA far exceeded expectations. They were really easy to communicate with up front, and then they handled so many things with our installation perfectly. I will definitely use them again when we need work done.
